How to View Your Monthly Recap Email?
Eqvista helps you keep a note of all your company activities that you performed last month on the application.
A monthly recap email will be sent to the users who have full access to the company account. This is a sample of the email that appears to the users.
The recap email summarizes the following types of activities performed last month on the application. Here is an example of each type of activity that will be displayed in the email.
#1 Primary Transactions
It includes the issuance of shares and securities such as new equity, options, warrants, or convertible notes. To view the cap table, click on “View Cap Table Summary”.
It redirects to the cap table summary page, as shown below.
#2 Secondary Transactions
Once you have issued shares and securities, secondary transactions can be performed. It includes Exercises, Transfers, Cancelations, Note Conversions, and Repurchases. The details of the secondary transaction can be viewed by clicking “View Details”.
Once you click, it redirects to the details of the secondary transaction performed.
#3 Shareholder Actions
It involves signing certificates, SAFE, and option agreements by the shareholder. To view the details of the grant, click on the grant name. In this case, we selected the grant “SO-005”.
It redirects to the option grant details page as shown below.
#4 Uploading Document
It includes details of the uploaded documents in the application for the month. The details of the uploaded document can be viewed by clicking “View Document”.
It redirects to the documents overview page, displaying the details of the document.
#5 Compliance
When Form 3921, 83(B) election, Rule 701, and ASC 718 are generated for the month, it is displayed under the list of activities. In this case, the 83(B) generated can be viewed by clicking “View”.
Once you click, it redirects to the 83(B) election status tracker page.
#6 Grant Acceptance
For shareholder acceptance, it involves the acceptance of equity, options, or warrants by shareholders. The details of the accepted grant can be viewed by clicking on the grant name. In this case, we selected the grant “SB-003”.
It redirects to the equity grant details page as shown below.
Suppose you would like to view the company account, then click on “View Tech Corp on Eqvista” at the bottom of the email.
It redirects to the company’s dashboard on Eqvista as shown below.
