How to Enable Email Notifications?
Have you received notifications from Eqvista? Then you might need to update your settings.
Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Log into your Eqvista account and select the company account to enable notifications.
On the dashboard, click on “Company Name” on the left-hand side to get a drop-down menu and select the company to update the settings.
Step 2: Then, click on “your name” on the right-hand side to get a drop-down menu. Here, click “My Profile” to view your profile and settings.
Step 3: Once you do this, you will be redirected to the page where you can change your profile details and settings.
Here, you will see the profile details along with options – Update profile, Notifications, Change password, Upload avatar, and Signature.
Update profile is for changing profile details, notifications for managing notifications, change password for changing the password, upload avatar for uploading a profile picture and signature for uploading or creating a signature.
To enable notifications, click on “Notifications”.
Step 4: By doing this, you can enable the notifications for the following settings as shown below.
Note: By default, all notifications will be checked or marked “YES”.
Step 5: To receive notifications regarding the incomplete onboarding process for companies registered under your account, click the option “Unfinished Onboarding”.
This is an example of the email you should expect if you choose this option.
Step 6: To receive notifications to update your cap table and ensure everything is right in place, click the option “Update your Cap Table”.
An example of the email you will get for the option is shown below.
Step 7: For the latest news in finance from Eqvista and to subscribe to our newsletter for more tips on effective equity management, click the option “News at Eqvista”.
Here is an example of the email you would receive if you select this option.
Once you have done this, click on “Save Changes”.
In addition to managing notifications, users can Update profile, Change password, Upload avatar, and Signature.
