How to Add an LLC Company to Your Eqvista Account?
Eqvista provides an option to add an LLC type of company to your account.
There are two ways in which you can add an LLC company to your account – create a new company or change the type in your company settings.
Scenario 1: Create a New Company
Step 1: Let’s assume you want to create a new company on Eqvista. Log into Eqvista or create an account if you have not yet signed up.
On the dashboard, click on “Company Name” on the left side to get a drop-down menu and select “Add New Company”.
Step 2: Then, you will be redirected to a page to fill in the details of the company. You will see the option to select “LLC” under “Company Type” as shown below.

Scenario 2: Change the Company Type
On the dashboard, click on “Company” on the left side to get a drop-down menu and select “Profile”.
Step 2: Once you click, you will be directed to the page that shows the details of your company. On the top right of the page, click “Edit” to edit the details of the company.

Step 3: There are two sections in the panel – Basic and Advanced. You must click on “Basic” to change the company type. A pop-up window will appear and you can change the details of the company including the type to “LLC”.
Once done, click on “Save”.
Step 4: You can view the details of the company including the type “LLC” as shown below.
Once you have added your LLC company, you can add members and issue units to them.
