Calendar in Eqvista

The uniqueness of Eqvista is that you can manage your shareholders, common equity, cap tables, and company filings in one place without any trouble. 

With the calendar feature, the data entry process is efficient, user-friendly, and minimizes the chances of errors.  You can manually enter, select, copy, and paste the date from another source in the format (“dd/mm/yyyy”). 

Log into your Eqvista account and select the company account. 

ISSUING SHARES AND SECURITIES

When issuing shares and securities, you must fill in the date of issuance. The calendar feature helps to enter the data in the format (“dd/mm/yyyy”). 

SECONDARY TRANSACTIONS

When performing secondary transactions on the shares and securities issued, the date must be entered.  In this case, it is a share transfer, hence the date is automatically filled in. If it is not today’s date, you can edit it using the calendar. 

VESTING REPORT

The vesting report holds all the information regarding the total amount of shares vested during a certain period. To generate a vesting report, the calendar helps to enter the start and end date in the format (“dd/mm/yyyy”).
