How to Change Your Account Password?
Users can reset their account password and update their account settings on Eqvista.
Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Log into your Eqvista account and select the company account to change your password.
On the shareholder access view dashboard, click on “your name” on the right-hand side to get a drop-down menu. Here, click “My Profile” to view your profile and settings.
Note: The shareholder access allows investors to view their grants, participate in board objectives, request and sign electronic certificates and sign grant acceptances. Check out our support article to learn more about the elements in the dashboard.
Step 2: Once you do this, you will be redirected to the page where you can change your profile details and settings.
Here, you will see the profile details along with options – Update profile, Notifications, Change password, Upload avatar, Signature and two factor authentication.
Update profile is for changing profile details, notifications for managing notifications, change password for changing the password, upload avatar for uploading a profile picture and signature for uploading or creating a signature and two factor authentication for extra security.
To change your password, click on “Change Password”.
Step 3: By doing this, you can update your account password by entering your current password, new password and confirm new password.
Once you have done, click on “Change Password”.
The users can also Update profile, Notifications, Upload avatar, Signature and Two factor authentication, apart from the one discussed above.
