Eqvista is always looking for ways to improve and innovate our services to ease our clients’ burdens of running a company. This is why we have exciting announcements on our latest features on our platform! We believe that the new features will not only streamline the process of equity management further, but will also eliminate the need of traditional methods and third-parties in managing your company’s finances.
Launching New Features
- ASC 718 (Stock-Based Compensation Reporting) – You can now get an audit-ready and GAAP-compliant ASC 718 stock expense report from Eqvista! Not only do you have a report that’s compliant, but you also get expert guidance and support from our certified team of experts to help you through the reporting process.
- PDF export function for Financial Modeling – Our current Financial Modeling feature now allows you to download a copy of your analysis. You can save it in a PDF format and easily share the document to relevant stakeholders, or have a copy for your own reference.
- Improved e-signature feature to certificates – We have made improvements to our e-signature feature to give you a better and seamless experience when signing certificates. Save yourself the time and hassle by signing your certificates digitally.
Upgrade and Unlock Even More Features with Our Premium Plan!
Aside from the new features mentioned above, we have also upgraded some existing features and will be moving them to our Premium Plan. To continue using these features, upgrade your account to our Premium Plan today!
- Financial Modeling – Conduct a financial modeling analysis with Eqvista. Our feature uses two complex financial models: waterfall analysis and round modeling. Get the most accurate dilution and exit calculations by using our financial modeling feature.
- Certificates – You can easily manage and issue share grants, option grants, and SAFE notes in one place. You are allowed multiple signatories and PDF downloads for each grant.
Maximize Your Eqvista Experience
We have also improved our user role management, and this comes with a limit for the number of users on the Freemium Plan. Premium Plan account holders will continue to have an unlimited number of users. And, not only do they get to enjoy more features, but they have more features at the same price! Get the most out of your Premium account without having to spend more.
If you are a current Freemium user, please take note of the following:
- Freemium users are allowed a maximum of 3 users on their account
- If there are more than 3 users on your Freemium plan, you can either:
- Remove some users and keep only 3 to continue using the Freemium plan; or
- Upgrade your account to a Premium plan and have unlimited users on your account.
