Eqvista Product Updates (July–September 2026): Shareholder Messaging, Flexible Onboarding, and More Context for Real-Time Valuation
From July through September, we focused on making everyday work in Eqvista easier while giving companies more context around their valuation.
You can now communicate with shareholders directly through Eqvista, onboard companies and services through a more flexible workflow, and connect movements in your Eqvista Real-Time Company Valuation® with company, competitor, and market events.
Messages: Keep Shareholder Communication in One Place
Company administrators can now create and share messages directly through Eqvista, keeping important communication connected to the same platform where equity is managed.
Add supporting documents, choose which shareholders should receive each message, send email notifications, and track whether recipients have opened it. Shareholders can view their messages directly from the Eqvista dashboard, giving both administrators and shareholders one place to find important updates and related documents.
Onboarding: Set Up Companies and Services Your Way
Eqvista’s updated onboarding gives you more flexibility in how you bring companies and services onto the platform. Set up a single company or onboard multiple companies at once, entering information manually or uploading it in bulk using a ready-made template.
You can add cap table management, 409A valuation, and Eqvista Real-Time Company Valuation® services to new or existing companies, with the option to connect QuickBooks when financial data is needed. If you’re not ready to finish, save your progress as a draft and return later, give a teammate full access to continue the onboarding, or remove drafts you no longer need.

Eqvista Real-Time Company Valuation®: See What’s Happening Behind Your Valuation
A change in company value tells you more when you can see what was happening around the business at the same time. Eqvista Real-Time Company Valuation® now brings company, competitor, and market events directly into your valuation timeline, adding context to movements in your company’s value.
Eqvista can automatically discover relevant company news, while you can also add your own events and track competitor news using AI-generated or manually selected competitors. Financing rounds, M&A activity, operational changes, market changes, and regulatory events can all appear alongside your valuation, helping you explore what was happening when its value changed.
Events are displayed directly on the valuation chart, where you can open them for more detail and choose which types of events you want to see.
