• Encryption: All data at rest (including backups and replicas) is encrypted using AWS Key Management Service (KMS). Data in transit is protected using TLS/SSL.
• Physical and network security: Data centers are staffed 24×7 by security guards, and access is strictly controlled using biometric scanning and two-factor authentication. A combination of firewalls and other boundary devices enforces network security.
• Secure payment processing: Payment information is handled via Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. All payment transactions are protected by SSL.
• Access controls, data integrity safeguards, and internal managerial processes to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or data loss.

Eqvista Real-Time Company Valuation®

Eqvista Real-Time Company Valuation® (RTV) is Eqvista Inc.’s (Eqvista) proprietary estimate of a company’s current market value. It is an AI and ML-driven valuation model, refined through publicly-available – both purchased and open source market research and user-submitted data, and built on the principles of 409A and Real-Time logic. This valuation is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Eqvista makes no assurance as to the accuracy or reliability of the publically available data. Eqvista accepts no liability for loss arising from the use of the material presented in this report. Eqvista Inc neither provides any brokerage products nor has any affiliation to companies providing such products. RTV should not be relied upon as a substitute for a certified 409A valuation as required by regulatory or legal bodies. For the most accurate and certified valuation of your company, we recommend using a manual review by one of Eqvista’s NACVA-certified valuation analysts.

We use AI and machine-learning technologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency and user experience within Eqvista, but always with strong data privacy controls. Any data used for training or improving our models is first aggregated, anonymized or transformed so that it cannot identify you or your company.

Here is how your data is handled when AI or ML is involved:

• We may process your data through AI systems to support valuation modelling, benchmarking and platform functionality.
• Before data is used in AI training or analytics, we ensure it is de-identified and stripped of personal or company-specific identifiers.
• Aggregated insights may be used to improve our internal AI models, tools and performance, without exposing individual client information.
• We do not use identifiable client data for AI training, model improvement or external datasets.
• AI-generated outputs are intended as decision-support tools only and remain subject to human oversight.

In summary, AI improves the platform and not your privacy risk. Your identifiable information is never used to train AI models, and anonymized data is handled responsibly, ethically and only to strengthen our services.

Eqvista’s Real-Time Company Valuation® is an estimate of a company’s current market value based on publicly-available information. Eqvista makes no assurance as to the accuracy or reliability of this publically available data.

If you believe that the real-time valuation does not reflect the correct data of your company, you can claim your profile to update the information. An individual who is an authorized representative of a company can claim and update the profile. As a matter of company policy, Eqvista Inc does not remove real-time valuation from our search engine.

Your options:

• Update your data: Claim your profile and provide corrected information to ensure the most accurate valaution
• Maintain existing data: Claim your profile without making changes, the Real-time valaution will continue to display the existing date
• Eqvista customers: For currect Eqvista customers, please note that the Real-time valuation is generated using public data only and does not pull from your private cap table
• No action needed: You may choose not to claim the profile, in which case the Real-time valuation will reamin as currently displayed
