Transactions in Shareholder Access View

When you use Eqvista, you can not only grant access to everyone on your account instantly, but you can also specify the type of access.  

The shareholder access allows you to view grants and documents, participate in board resolutions, sign electronic certificates, and manage your transactions.

Here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Log into your Eqvista and choose the company account to view transactions.

Once you do this, you will be redirected to the shareholder access view dashboard. On this page, you will find data to manage your transactions from the dashboard. Check out the support article to understand the dashboard. 

On the dashboard, click on “Transactions” on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Then, you can see Current Grants and Secondary Transactions. Here, click on “Current Grants” to view the transaction under each type of security – Equities, Options, Warrants, and Convertible Instruments.

Note: If you receive shares, options, warrants, or convertible instruments, the transactions will appear here. Check out the respective support articles to learn about this.

#1 Current Grants

If the company requires shareholder’s acceptance for the grant issuance to take place, shareholders can sign and approve the grant here. For example, click on the grant name “SA-001” and you will be redirected to a new window. Here, you need to add your name in the field (If you add a different name you can’t approve the grant).

Note: In shareholder acceptance, there is an option to attach a document or only signature is required for their acceptance. In this case, a document is attached, which can be found under “Other Documents” in the documents section. 

Once done, click on “Approve this grant”. Then, the grant will be approved and you can view the grant details as shown below.

#2 Secondary Transactions

Here, click on “Secondary Transactions” to view the transactions.

On this page, you will see all the secondary transactions – Exercises, Transfers, Note conversions, Repurchases, and Cancellations.

Note: If grants issued to you were exercised, transferred, converted, repurchased, and canceled, the transactions will appear here. To know more about secondary transactions, check out the support article here! 

In this case, you will see the cancellations as shown below.
