Board Resolutions in Shareholder Portal

Apart from managing your transactions right from the shareholder access view dashboard, you can also view your company’s board resolutions.

Here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Log into your Eqvista account and choose the company account to view board resolutions.

Once you do this, you will be redirected to the shareholder access view dashboard. On this page, you will find data to manage your transactions from the dashboard. Check out the support article to understand the dashboard.

On the dashboard, click on “Board Resolutions” on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Here, you will see the list of board resolutions that require your approval.

Note: The resolutions in which you are one of the approvers will appear. Check out the support article to learn more about board resolutions.

Step 3: After you click the resolution, you will be redirected to the details of the resolution passed along with the three options – Approve, Decline, and Abstain.

In addition, you can also see the vote history and its settings – Open Votes and Anonymous Votes. Open voting allows you to see who voted, whereas anonymous voting hides the voter’s information.

Step 4: Suppose you want to download the resolution shared with you. To do so, click on “Actions” on the right-hand side to get the mini drop-down menu. Then, click “Download Consent” to save a copy of the resolution.
