Transaction Details Of ASC 718 Report

Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Double-click the file to open the ASC 718 report in Excel format that was downloaded. At the bottom of the page, you will see the different sections of the report. Here, click the tab “Transaction Detail”.
Step 2: The section calculates the number of options issued, vested throughout the period and the number remaining unvested at the end of the period.
- Beginning Shares: The total amount of shares in the grant at the beginning of the period.
- Beginning Vested Shares: The total amount of vested shares in the grant at the beginning of the period.
- Beginning Unvested Shares: The total amount of unvested shares in the grant at the beginning of the period.
- Granted Shares: The total amount of shares granted during the period.
- Vesting During the Period: The total amount of shares vested during the period.
- Total used on transactions: Total amount of shares used up during the period.
- Used from exercises: Total amount of shares used up during the period from exercises.
- Used from Repurchases: Total amount of shares used up during the period from repurchases.
- Used from Cancellations: Total amount of shares used up during the period from cancellations.
- Ending Shares: The total amount of shares remaining in the grant at the end of the period.
- Ending Vested Shares: The total amount of vested shares remaining in the grant at the end of the period.
- Ending Unvested Shares: The total amount of unvested shares remaining in the grant at the end of the period
