Role Overview
As the Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive our business forward. You will lead complex projects, optimize business processes, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Business Operations: Oversee and optimize business operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and processes to enhance operational performance and support business scalability.
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful outcomes. Coordinate with various teams to drive project execution and resolve issues.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Develop and execute initiatives to optimize business processes and drive operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and operational activities. Develop and present reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to support organizational growth and transformation. Develop strategies to manage change effectively and ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or management consulting, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving operational improvements. Experience in a high-growth or technology-focused environment is preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies and solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Experience in managing complex projects and driving results.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to senior management and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience in the equity management or financial services industry.
