Is Eqvista for non-US company(s)?
When you sign in the application after registering, you would be asked to create a company profile. Eqvista allows you to create multiple company profiles easily. While you are creating your company’s profile on Eqvista, you would be able to select the country of incorporation. This is normally done in the first step of the company formation step as shared below.
From the above, you can clearly see that there is an option called “Country of Origin”. By clicking on the field to add your country, you would get a drop down list with all the names of countries in the world. Select the country your company is incorporated in and move to the next step by clicking on “Save and continue”.
You can also check to see where your profile stores this information for the company.
Step 1: Once you have logged into your Eqvista account and reach the main dashboard of your company’s profile, click on the option “Company” that is the last option on the left-hand side panel of the dashboard. A drop down menu would come up. Click on “Profile” from the drop down menu as shown below.
Step 2: As soon as you click on “Profile”, you would be directed to the following page:
Here, you would be able to see all the details of the company like the incorporation date, the formation (entity type), total shares authorized, and the shares available to issue. On this page, click on “Edit”.
Step 3: After clicking “Edit”, a pop-up dialogue box would open. Here you would be able to see the more detailed information of your company background. Enter any additional information as you see fit or change any details here for the company. You can easily change the country your company is incorporated in here as well.
