View my Subscription details, payments, and billings
It is very easy to view all your subscription details on Eqvista such as your payments, billing, and subscription details. Here is the step-by-step process to see them.
Step 1: Log into your Eqvista account and select your company account.
On the dashboard, you will have to click on “Subscription” from the left-side list of options to get a drop-down menu and select “Detail”.
Step 2: Once you do this, you will reach the following page as shown below.
Here, you will see what features you get for each plan. Since we are aiming to subscribe to the premium plan, you will first have to click on “Upgrade” under the premium plan.
Step 3: Here, you need to enter the “Number of Shareholders” and add your credit/debit card number for the billing process. In this case, we added 50 shareholders as you can see in the image above.
You will have to pay $2 for each shareholder. So, for 50 shareholders, you will have to pay $100 per month.
Note: The billing process on Eqvista is very secure and is powered by Stripe. This means that your details are secure.
Step 4: After the subscription has been ordered, you will be able to see the plan that is currently active, and the payments made.
Other than the plan details, there are four other options on the page:
- On the top right-hand side of the page, there is an option – “Payment History”.
- Below the features of the plan, there are two buttons – “Change Number of Shareholders” and “Change Credit Card”.
- At the bottom right-hand side, you can see “Cancel Plan” option to cancel your current subscription plan.
#Option 1 – Payment History:
If you want to download the invoice of payments, click on “Payment History”. Once you click, you will be redirected to the below page. Then, click “Download” to save a copy of the payment invoice.
Once you click “Download”, the invoice gets downloaded as a PDF in your Downloads.
Double-click the PDF file to open the downloaded resolution.
#Option 2 – Change Number of Shareholders:
By clicking “Change Number of Shareholders”, you can increase or decrease the number of shareholders as per your requirement and upgrade the plan.

#Option 3 – Change Credit Card:
Suppose you want to change your card details, click on “Change Credit Card”.

#Option 4 – Cancel Plan:
Let’s say you want to cancel your subscription, then click on “Cancel Plan”. A pop-up window will appear as shown below with the button “Cancel Subscription”. If you want to cancel the process, click “Back”.
