Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Eqvista, Inc., you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product vision and roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact features and enhancements. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive in a demanding, high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs. Define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation. Use insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and customer support, to gather feedback and ensure that product features meet market demands and customer expectations.
• Project Management: Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets. Resolve issues and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to make informed product decisions, track product performance, and identify areas for improvement. Monitor key metrics and analyze user feedback to drive product enhancements.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including messaging, positioning, and promotional activities. Work with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and success.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate product performance and user satisfaction. Implement improvements and optimizations to enhance product value and user experience.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-focused or financial services environment. Experience with equity management or cap table solutions is a plus.
• Product Management Skills: Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, including strategy development, roadmap planning, and project execution.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure performance.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers. Strong presentation skills.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-pressure environment. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. Ability to understand technical concepts and work closely with engineering teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the equity management or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with high-growth or technology-focused companies.
• Knowledge of advanced product management techniques and tools.
